The Albany Tulip Festival opens each year with the ceremonial "Scrubbing of State Street". This short video clip shows the procession down State (Jonker) Street to the ceremony.

I'll be there next year -- Just made my hotel reservation at the Ft. Orange Club -- Anyone free to join me for dinner there the night before? Dutch treat of course!
